The City of Dublin is committed to delivering world-class, innovative and efficient services to residents that make Dublin the most desirable and sustainable community. Construction on Eiterman Road between S.R. 161, Post Road and Bobcat Way began in June 2025 and is substantially complete as of October 8, 2025.
The project includes
- Realignment of Eiterman Road between S.R. 161/Post Road and University Boulevard, including asphalt paving, pavers, concrete curbs, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, street lighting, landscape and a storm water management basin.
Traffic Impacts and Construction Phasing
- Eiterman Road re-opened to traffic in both directions on Monday, October 6, 2025.
- The Franklin County Engineer’s Office still needs to connect the new waterline, which will require temporary lane closures in the future.
